Tuition and Payment Plans
The following policies are effective August 3, 2026. All deadlines are measured in Central Time and end at 11:59 p.m.
Enrollment covers the entire 12-month program. Total tuition is $2,700 and may be paid in full or in twelve automatic monthly installments of $225.
The installment options are payment plans for the full $2,700 tuition obligation. They do not divide enrollment into separate terms or months and are not month-to-month subscriptions. By selecting a payment plan, the payer agrees to pay the full tuition, subject to the withdrawal and cancellation provisions below, and authorizes automatic charges according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment.
Withdrawals and Refunds
Students who withdraw before Day 1 will receive a full refund.
“Day 1” means the calendar day of the student’s first scheduled seminar, regardless of whether the student attends.
Students who withdraw from Day 1 through Day 7, inclusive, are responsible for $225. Any tuition paid above $225 will be refunded, and all future installments will be canceled.
Except as provided under “Canceled or Disrupted Seminars,” students who withdraw after Day 7 are responsible for the full $2,700 tuition. No portion of the tuition is refundable, and any unpaid installments remain due.
No refunds or credits will be issued for seminars missed because of a student’s absence.
Canceled or Disrupted Seminars
If Après Academy cancels a scheduled seminar, a replacement meeting will be scheduled whenever reasonably possible.
If a canceled seminar cannot be rescheduled, the payer will receive a prorated credit. The credit will be calculated by dividing the $2,700 total tuition by the total number of seminars originally scheduled for the student during the 12-month program and multiplying that amount by the number of seminars canceled and not rescheduled.
The same calculation will apply if seminars cannot be held or rescheduled because of instructor illness, severe weather, venue closure, or another event beyond the Academy’s reasonable control.
Any credit will first reduce the payer’s outstanding tuition balance. If the credit exceeds the outstanding balance, the remaining amount will be refunded.
How to Withdraw
The student or the person responsible for tuition must send a withdrawal request to hello@thewholebookmatters.com. The withdrawal date is the date Après Academy receives the written request.
Any refund due under this policy will be initiated within ten business days. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the funds.
Certificate of Completion
Students who complete all three terms will receive a certificate of completion.

Après Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
